Refunds & Cancellations

1. Overview

There are two kinds of payments on DashDine. Subscription payments are made by restaurants to DashDine for use of the platform. Order payments are made by diners to a restaurant for food, through that restaurant’s own payment provider.

This policy covers DashDine subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds. Refunds for food orders are handled by each individual restaurant — see “Customer order payments” below.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

The 14-day Pro trial does not require a credit card and never charges you automatically. You are only billed if you choose and authorize a paid plan.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals.

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

4. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or experienced a prolonged failure of the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Customer Order Payments

When a diner pays for an order, the payment is collected by the restaurant through its own payment provider. The restaurant — not DashDine — is the merchant for that sale.

Each restaurant is responsible for its own order cancellations, refunds, and disputes, in line with its stated policy and applicable consumer law. Diners should contact the restaurant directly for an order refund. DashDine provides the ordering technology and can help route a request, but does not issue refunds on a restaurant’s behalf.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
