Does DashDine replace my POS?
You can run it alongside your current system. DashDine POS supports counter ordering; automatic synchronization with an external POS is not included.
Does completing an order mark it paid?
No. Preparation and fulfillment are independent from payment. Staff explicitly confirm collection when recording it, including through Collect & close.
Can I control staff access by branch?
Yes. Assign staff roles and allowed branches. Operational tools require the appropriate user permissions and an eligible plan.
Do customer orders reach the kitchen tools?
Yes. Customer and staff orders share the same ordering workflow. Configure kitchen stations and printing, then open service before accepting orders.
